Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure that powers decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management from day one to uncover meaningful trends and drive data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes not just building dashboards but ensuring the work is used and understood, with a growth path into a proactive analytical partner for the team.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate expert SQL and ability to extract insights from unstructured data.
• Must own reporting end-to-end, standardize dashboards, and drive adoption.
• Experience linking data to performance marketing levers and business decisions.
• Strong LookML development or equivalent in BI tools with impact awareness.
• Curiosity and business acumen to partner with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across verticals.
• Collaborate with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends.
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses across experiments and CAC performance.
• Build a standardized reporting suite enabling self-service analytics.
