Qualifikationen

• BA/BS with focus on business, computer science, information systems, mathematics or statistics.
• Five years with BA/BS or three years with masters in analytics, data modeling or BI preferred.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, QlikView/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI) and SQL/Python/R.
• Participate in, adhere to and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Aufgaben

• Create applications and data models for reporting needs using BI tools.
• Identify inter-department dependencies and downstream impacts of changes.
• ETL data from various data sources.
• Adapt quickly to new BI tools in a high-growth organization.
• Lead data validation to ensure data integrity.
• Provide insights to streamline analytics processes and research improvements.
• Serve as analytics point of contact for audits and inquiries.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders and mentor teammates as SME.
