Navitus Health Solutions in Nashville is seeking a Sr. Developer, Business Intelligence to turn data into insights for managers, executives, and state Medicaid programs. The role blends theory and practice to deliver accurate reporting, data models, and analytics in a fast-growing environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytic, and a strong communicator with experience in analytics, data modeling, or BI, capable of mentoring teammates and leading stakeholder discussions.

Competenze

• BA/BS in business, computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics or equivalent combined education and experience preferred
• At least five years of experience with BA/BS or three years with master's degree in analytics, data modeling, or business intelligence is preferred
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI or other BI software and/or data visualization programs is required; knowledge of SQL, Python or R preferred
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Mansioni

• Use BI tools to create applications and data models for reporting needs
• Identify inter-departmental dependencies and downstream impacts of changes within reporting applications
• Extract, Transform and Load data from various data sources
• Adapt quickly to changing reporting requirements and new BI tools in a rapidly evolving, high-growth organization
• Take charge of ongoing data validation to ensure data integrity and reliability
• Identify and provide insights into streamlining analytics processes and research improvement opportunities
• Serve as analytics point of contact for state audits, legislative inquiries, and escalated analysis matters
• Lead and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders or state stakeholders
• Serve as a mentor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to teammates and business areas
• Other duties as assigned
