Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a BI Manager in New York to lead analytics discovery and deliver high‑impact dashboards for a major Real Estate program. You will work with stakeholders across the organization to define KPIs, ensure data quality, and drive improvements in the BI platform.

The role requires 7+ years in analytics and a strong background with Power BI, data modeling, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional industry designation.
• 7+ years of experience analyzing building equipment maintenance plans and strategy.
• 7+ years of experience analyzing building equipment performance and health.
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI or equivalent tool/experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Analytics Discovery sessions.
• Define, design, develop and deliver analytics dashboards for a Real Estate program using the company’s BI Platform.
• Capture and document project goals, objectives, success criteria, and business requirements.
• Understand business process flow, applications and data definitions for end‑to‑end processes.
