Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a BI Manager in Helena, MT to lead analytics discovery, define data requirements, and deliver dashboards for real estate programs using Cushman & Wakefield’s BI platform. You will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into measurable metrics and ensure data governance and high-quality insights across the organization.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in BI, strong Power BI skills, data modeling, and experience with data

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience analyzing building equipment maintenance plans and strategy.
• 7+ years of experience analyzing building equipment performance and health.
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI or equivalent tool/experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Analytics Discovery sessions.
• Support solution architect in data model exercises and integration work.
• Define, design, develop and deliver dashboards for a client’s Real Estate program using Cushman & Wakefield’s BI Platform.
• Capture and document project goals, objectives, success criteria, and business requirements.
• Understand business process flow, involved applications and data definitions for end-to-end processes.
• Manage executive stakeholder commitments on KPIs and data reporting needs.
• Own and execute data governance program while participating in data security program.
• Provide data-related reports and insights for operations and ad-hoc requests.
• Develop and track key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
