Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Americas Real Estate Services Analytics team. You will collect, consolidate and deliver standard and customized reporting, leveraging Power BI, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric and Alteryx to support global and regional stakeholders.

You will build data models, dashboards, and automation workflows, ensuring timely, accurate outputs and strong data governance. On-site collaboration is required in NYC or Weehawken at least 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Engineering or Information Systems (or 5+ years of related experience).
• Substantial understanding of data process flows.
• Able to manipulate and blend data to design dashboards and visualizations.
• Preferred Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
• Skilled in Microsoft Power Platform Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support analytics lead with trend/performance analyses related to service programs.
• Build and maintain Power BI data models, dashboards, and analytics.
• Use Microsoft Fabric/Alteryx/Power Automate to design custom automated data workflows.
• Collect, refine, and prepare data for analytics and visualization.
• Produce ad-hoc reports as requested and within agreed timelines.
