Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a BI Manager in Indianapolis, IN to lead analytics discovery and deliver dashboards for client real estate programs using Cushman & Wakefield's BI platform.

The role requires extensive experience with Power BI, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration. You will mentor teams, manage KPIs, and partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional designation required.
• 7+ years of experience analyzing building equipment maintenance plans and strategy.
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI or equivalent tool/experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Analytics Discovery sessions.
• Support solution architect in data model exercises and integration work.
• Define, design, develop and deliver analytics dashboards for a client’s Real Estate program using Cushman & Wakefield's BI platform.
• Capture and document project goals, objectives, success criteria, and business requirements.
• Understand business process flow and data definitions for end-to-end process.
