You will work closely with teammates to support reporting needs, troubleshoot issues, and improve data collection and analysis within a real estate and asset management context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years in BI/analytics.
• Proficiency in Power BI and DAX; data modeling and integration from multiple sources.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools is a plus.
• Experience/portfolio (e.g., GitHub) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Maintain reporting workflows ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Provide support to users of dashboards and data tools.
• Contribute to improvements in data collection and reporting processes.
• Support design/deployment of tools (e.g., PowerApps).
• Develop working knowledge of NYCEDC assets and teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
