Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Industry Designation.
• 7+ years of experience analyzing building equipment maintenance plans and strategy.
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI or equivalent tool.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Analytics Discovery sessions.
• Define, Design, Develop and Deliver analytics dashboards for client Real Estate programs.
• Capture project goals and business requirements across organization levels.
• Understand business processes and data definitions for end-to-end workflows.
• Own data governance and support data security programs.
