Cushman & Wakefield in New York is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support strategic real estate decisions across a dynamic client portfolio. The role blends data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and business case development to drive portfolio strategy.

You will build dashboards in Looker Studio/Power BI, use BigQuery for large datasets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to model scenarios and optimize capital planning.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in business analysis, real estate strategy, or management consulting.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and Google Sheets; strong data modeling skills.
• Hands-on experience with Smartsheet automations and dashboards.
• Experience using Gemini or similar AI tools to streamline data workflows and business cases.
• Experience with SQL queries in BigQuery to extract insights.

Responsibilities

• Collect, cleanse, and validate real estate portfolio data to track KPIs and market health.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for strategic storytelling.
• Utilize BigQuery to aggregate and analyze large-scale portfolio datasets for reporting.
• Translate demand forecasts into actionable real estate requirements and timing.
• Create data-driven forecasts to enable cross-functional decision-making for growth and planning.
• Support capital and budget planning with scenario modeling and sequencing of moves.
• Collaborate with tech leads to evaluate and automate tools using JavaScript for workflows.
• Assist with ad-hoc strategic projects and scalable multi-market solutions.
