Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager in a newly created, high‑impact role supporting a financial services client. This remote‑eligible position focuses on data integration, reporting, and analytics to elevate client outcomes and internal decision‑making across CBRE’s Data Science & Analytics function.

You will lead dashboards, datasets, and ad hoc analyses, partnering with cross‑functional teams to improve data quality and governance while mentoring a small analytics group.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or related field.
• Experience in data integration, reporting, and data governance.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT and data warehousing expertise.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead data consolidation, integration, and maintenance to support decision‑making.
• Oversee data management initiatives, validation, transformation, and reporting datasets.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve data quality, governance, and reporting.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and ad hoc analyses for visibility into portfolio performance.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to implement data solutions and streamline reporting.
• Monitor reporting performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor a small analytics team and manage analytics projects end‑to‑end.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day reporting activities and ensure timely delivery.
• Model CBRE RISE values and influence stakeholders toward shared goals.
