Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in the United States is seeking a BI Manager to lead analytics efforts for client technology solutions, delivering dashboards for the Real Estate program and driving data governance and process improvements.

The role requires extensive BI experience, notably with Power BI, and the ability to translate business needs into measurable KPIs. You will mentor team members and collaborate with stakeholders across levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Industry Designation.
• 7+ years of experience analyzing maintenance plans and strategy for building equipment.
• 7+ years of experience analyzing building equipment performance and health.
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI or equivalent tool.
• Or similar combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Analytics Discovery sessions.
• Support solution architect in data model exercises and integration work.
• Design and deliver analytics dashboards for a client’s Real Estate program.
• Capture goals, objectives, success criteria, and business requirements.
• Understand business processes and data definitions for end-to-end processes.
• Manage executive stakeholder commitments on KPIs and reports.
• Own data governance program and participate in data security.
• Generate one-off reports for special requests.
• Drive process improvements and best practices on the business platform.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot data issues.
• Analyze data mining and auditing to provide actionable insights.
• Develop metrics to identify opportunities and patterns.
