Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits in Tulsa seeks a Sales Consultant to represent the company, build trusted customer relationships, and drive incremental sales through consultative conversations. You will visit accounts, identify growth opportunities, and develop business plans, maintaining CRM records to support growth.

This on-site role requires strong communication and a passion for customer/value delivery.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older requirement.
• Able to analyze and understand data and information.
• Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities.
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
• Proficient in using mobile devices and online communication techniques in a professional manner.
• Able to consistently achieve results under pressure.
• Able to communicate effectively and tailor messages to the audience.
• Team player and collaborative.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Visit accounts regularly to build relationships and identify opportunities.
• Develop customer business growth plans for each account and create a pipeline of selling opportunities.
• Analyze data to increase sales and achieve objectives.
• Pre-plan account visits with an agenda and selling opportunities documented in CRM.
• Maintain knowledge of SGWS products and position them effectively.
• Propose selling solutions and close sales using consultative skills.
• Document account information in CRM and participate in training and events.
• Adapt selling approach to customer needs and competitive landscape.
