Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Service Technician in Hayward, CA to diagnose, maintain, and repair Battery Electric Vehicles. You’ll lead HV system diagnostics, mentor junior technicians, and ensure precise documentation of repairs. A background in luxury repairs and ASE certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Service Technician or Diagnosis Technician.
• ASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4-ADAS) - (Required).
• Experience diagnosing and repairing High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems and EV powertrains.
• Experience in luxury automobile repair environments.
• Customer facing experience with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Repair electro-mechanical issues and perform diagnostics.
• Train and assist technicians with HV systems and EV powertrains.
• Maintain knowledge of HV/LV systems and BEV components.
• Document all customer vehicle interactions in the software suite.
