Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain BEVs. You will lead HV system diagnostics and train junior technicians while ensuring top-tier customer service.

Qualified candidates have 4+ years in service/diagnostics, ASE A4–A8/L3/L4-ADAS, and EPA 609. Expect collaboration with Field Engineering and cross-functional teams to uphold Lucid's high standards in luxury repair and performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Service Technician or Diagnosis Technician.
• ASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4-ADAS) – (Required)
• Experience diagnosing and repairing High Voltage (HV) and LV systems and EV powertrains
• Customer-facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Confidently repair electro-mechanical issues and perform diagnostics
• Train and assist Associate Service Technicians and Service Technicians with HV systems and EV powertrains
• Maintain a high knowledge level of HV, LV, and general EV systems
• Document customer vehicle interactions accurately and completely
• Communicate with service team and customers effectively
• Support mobile service team as needed
