Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking an automotive service technician to repair mechanical and electrical issues in EVs, with a focus on HV/LV systems and powertrains. You will document vehicle interactions using the DMS and collaborate closely with service teams and customers.

Required are 2–5 years in EV/HEV repair, EPA 609 certification, CPR post-hire, and a valid driver’s license. The role supports onsite service with possible mobile duties and benefits package included.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as an automotive service technician with EV/HEV diagnosis and repair.
• Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage systems and electric powertrains.
• Customer facing experience with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software.
• EPA 609 Certification.
• CPR training to be completed after hire.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions in the past year.

Responsibilities

• Repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform electrical and mechanical diagnosis.
• Maintain knowledge of HV, LV, and EV systems.
• Document all customer vehicle interactions using the appropriate software.
• Communicate and collaborate with service team and customers.
• Demonstrate and teach technical skills to others.
• Support mobile service team and remote work as needed.
