Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, maintain and repair Lucid electric vehicles. You will work on HV/LV systems, perform diagnostics, document work, and collaborate with advisors, managers and customers. ASE certifications and EPA 609 are preferred, with CPR training provided after hire.

You will be part of a team dedicated to high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction, with opportunities to support mobile service as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of automotive service technician experience, including EV/HEV diagnosis and repair.
• Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage systems and EV powertrains.
• Customer-facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software.
• EPA 609 Certification.
• Willingness to complete Lucid CPR training post hire.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; age requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform electrical/mechanical diagnosis.
• Maintain knowledge of HV/LV systems and EV powertrains.
• Document repair orders accurately using the required software.
• Collaborate with service team and customers; communicate clearly.
• Demonstrate and share learned technical skills with others.
• Support mobile service remotely as needed and perform other duties.
