Job summary

Lucid Motors in Dallas is seeking a Sr. Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Battery Electric Vehicles. You will work on HV/LV systems and assist technicians, contributing to high-quality service delivery.

The role requires 4+ years in BEV repair, ASE certifications, strong communication, and ability to document work clearly using DMS software. A valid driver’s license and willingness to participate in Lucid training are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Service Technician or Diagnosis Technician.
• ASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4-ADAS) required.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing HV/LV systems and EV powertrains.
• Experience in luxury automobile repair environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and proprietary DMS software.
• Able to communicate with Field Engineering on diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Repair electro-mechanical issues and perform diagnostics.
• Train and assist junior technicians on HV systems and EV powertrains.
• Maintain high knowledge of HV/LV and EV systems.
• Problem-solve technical and process-flow issues; SME in major repair categories.
• Follow repair order documentation procedures and use service software to document interactions.
• Communicate effectively with service team and customers.
