Job summary

Lucid Motors in Michigan is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles. You will demonstrate a passion for sustainable transportation and resolve problems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as an automotive service technician with EV/HEV diagnosis and repair.
• Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage systems and EV powertrains.
• Customer facing with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software.
• EPA 609 Certification is required.
• Willingness to complete Lucid CPR training post‑hire.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; 21+ years old for certain regions.

Responsibilities

• Repair both mechanical and electrical issues, including diagnostics.
• Maintain knowledge of HV/LV and EV powertrains and systems.
• Follow repair order documentation procedures and record actions in software.
• Collaborate with service team and communicate with customers effectively.
• Demonstrate and teach technical skills to others as needed.
• Support mobile service team and work remotely when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
