• BS/BA in Engineering or related technical field is required.
• 10+ years leading large-scale industrial/power/energy/BESS projects.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage $100M+ contract values.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and execution of large-scale BESS projects and monitor scope, schedule, budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, logistics, and construction.
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage stakeholder communications.
• Track performance, prepare status updates, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Identify risks, manage escalations, and support issue resolution.
