Job summary

You will provide strategic leadership, drive profitability, manage risks, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, and cross-functional teams to meet contractual objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of project management experience with P&L responsibility.
• Minimum 3 years managing complex EPC projects.
• Experience leading Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong planning, financial management, and risk mitigation capabilities.
• Ability to work in a global, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, management, and execution of multiple BESS projects.
• Direct Project Managers and allocate resources for delivery.
• Oversee EPC project execution across engineering, procurement, construction.
• Monitor financial performance, manage risks, and improve profitability.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation of plans, milestones, changes, and deliverables.
• Travel approximately 30% for site activities.
