Job summary

Fluence Energy, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead turnkey EPC battery energy storage projects, delivering them on time, on budget, and with highest safety and quality standards. The role reports to the Head of Projects, UK & Ireland, and requires experience in matrixed, global teams.

You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with EPCs, equipment suppliers, and customers, and oversee budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation while ensuring contract commitments are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or technical field.
• Combined 10+ years in project/construction management or engineering in power generation.
• Minimum 5 years P&L responsibility for turnkey projects.

Responsibilities

• P&L owner for projects up to $30M+.
• Ensure projects are safe, compliant, on time and on budget.
• Lead turnkey EPC battery energy storage projects through delivery to handover.
• Review engineering designs, manage schedules, budgets, and safety/quality plans.
