Job summary

Fluence is seeking a Project Director for Battery Energy Storage Systems to lead a team of Project Managers and oversee multiple complex BESS EPC projects across the Americas. You will drive strategic planning, financial performance, risk management, and customer relations to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Collaboration with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, commissioning and other teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of project management experience with P&L responsibility.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, management, and execution of multiple complex BESS EPC projects.
• Manage Project Managers with resource allocation, accountability, and delivery.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, installation, and commissioning activities.
