Fluence (Nasdaq: FLNC) seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale Battery Energy Storage System projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, logistics, construction, and commissioning, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role requires 10+ years in industrial/power/BESS projects, a BS in engineering, and strong leadership with client-facing experience. Travel ~15% and PMP or Lean/Six Sigma preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years managing large-scale industrial, power, energy, or BESS projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing projects with contract values of ~$100M+.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and client-facing project leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a matrixed and global organization.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute large-scale BESS projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, logistics, construction, and commissioning.
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder lead, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Monitor progress, generate status updates, and maintain visibility of deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage escalations, and support issue resolution.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Travel approximately 15% for site visits, meetings, and team sessions.
