Fluence Energy, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale Battery Energy Storage System projects. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, logistics, construction, and commissioning, coordinating with clients and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a BS/BA in engineering, 10+ years in energy/BESS projects, and experience with $100M+ contracts.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience managing large-scale industrial, power, energy, renewable energy, or BESS projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing projects with contract values of approximately $100M+.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• PMP Certification preferred; Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.

This role leads cross-functional teams, manages project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications, and serves as the central point of coordination between clients, contractors, suppliers, and Fluence project resources. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing complex projects within the energy, power, industrial, petrochemical or battery storage sectors. The Senior Project Manager is expected to maintain full project visibility, drive execution, proactively manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. **Key Responsibilities** * **Planning & Execution:** Lead the planning and execution of large-scale projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource management.
