This fully remote role provides strategic direction, technical oversight, and engineering leadership to deliver high-performance, safe, and reliable BESS solutions across utilities and renewables portfolios.

Responsibilities include coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, managing engineers and partners, and driving procurement and commissioning efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in electrical engineering with focus on BESS or power systems.
• Expertise in design, integration, and optimization of battery energy storage systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for BESS engineering scopes; guide project teams.
• Lead design and engineering of BESS, ensuring contract, utility, and AHJ compliance.
• Review studies and analyses to optimize BESS configurations and future augmentation.
