Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency East Region is seeking a Senior EH&B Analyst to lead proactive client support across health and welfare benefits and risk management. You will work with Sales, Account Management, Financial Consulting and Communications to ensure high satisfaction and retention, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes compliance, open enrollment leadership, and ensuring documentation and timely data requests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years client service experience in benefits brokerage and insurance, benefits consulting or benefits administration.
• Life and Health License preferred; if not licensed, obtain Life and Health License within first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client records and activity logs.
• Coordinate plan audits and review contracts for compliance.
• Oversee Open Enrollment activities and draft communications.
• Review and revise beneficiary materials; track notices and reporting.
• Resolve billing, eligibility, and claim issues with carriers and vendors.
• Manage vendor relations during plan changes and ongoing service.
• Assist in RFP processes for specific lines of coverage.
• Mentor team members and streamline workflows.
