Marsh & McLennan Agency in Fayetteville, AR seeks an experienced Insurance Account Manager to independently market smaller and less complex accounts, advise on coverage needs, and mentor colleagues. You will build relationships with clients and carriers and support senior producers on larger accounts.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree, five years in insurance, and active licenses; travel occasionally; strong communication and leadership skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Five years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Appropriate insurance license(s).
• Strong client relation skills to build and maintain positive business relationships with clients.
• Ability to motivate others and lead teams.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain key client and carrier relationships by phone, email and in person.
• Execute a comprehensive client service plan for all assigned accounts.
• Lead the client service team in service activities related to administration, billing, claims issues and problem solving.
• Coordinate internal/external activities to ensure accounts are handled in a timely, accurate manner.
• Continually seek cross-sell opportunities and suggest new lines of coverage.
• Monitor and manage the renewal process for assigned clients.
• Lead the marketing of accounts of smaller, less complex accounts.
• Prepare marketing information for smaller accounts for Producer or client.
• Manage the implementation process; deliver applicable forms to client.
• Conduct relationship management meetings and visits with assigned clients.
• Proficient in client management systems and log activities.
• Attend seminars to stay abreast of new products and legislative changes.
• Mentor team members.
• Other duties and responsibilities as requested by management.
