Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Significant experience managing complex employee benefits programs; law firm experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience leading annual renewals and managing insurance carriers and brokers.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience overseeing disability, long-term care, and other complex insurance programs.
• Familiarity with Workday benefits configuration and HRIS partnerships is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a benefits team.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a high-volume, complex benefits environment and serve as the escalation point for employee benefit matters.
• Work directly with insurance carriers to resolve employee issues and ensure a high level of service.
• Lead annual benefits renewals and ongoing benefits-related projects.
• Manage disability insurance (IDI), long-term care (LTC), insurance vendors, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee benefits invoice review and approval.
• Partner with HR Operations on Workday benefits configurations.
• Build team structure, knowledge sharing, and leadership coverage across the benefits function.
• Maintain strong relationships with benefits brokers and external partners.
• Lead and support a team of benefits professionals.
