This role requires seasoned HR expertise in benefits administration and regulatory compliance, overseeing renewals, vendor relationships, reporting, and employee communications.

You will supervise Senior Benefits Analyst and Benefits Coordinator, collaborate with HR leadership, Payroll, and Finance, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR/Business/Finance or related field.
• Certifications such as CEBS/CBP/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of all employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, leave, wellness, and other offerings.
• Lead annual benefits renewal process and vendor management, including contracts and service levels.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and analyses related to benefits programs and performance.
