ST Engineering is seeking a Sr. Benefits Manager to optimize and manage benefits operations in the United States. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong HRIS and Excel expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for employee experience.

You will oversee day-to-day administration of benefits programs, ensure compliance, coordinate with vendors, and manage a team to deliver exceptional service.

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of benefits administration experience required.
• Experience leading a team in delivering benefits programs.
• Knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA regulations essential.
