The role emphasizes data accuracy, vendor management, ADP systems, and reporting, with collaboration across HR, payroll, and vendors to resolve escalations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in benefits administration and leave management.
• Strong knowledge of FLSA, ERISA, HIPAA, and related regulations.
• Hands-on experience with ADP (required).
• Experience supporting retirement plans and benefits data requests.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administers comprehensive benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and voluntary benefits.
• Manages end-to-end leave of absence processes (FMLA, ADA, and other regs).
• Evaluates and resolves escalations related to benefits, leave cases, and retirement plans.
• Audits payroll and benefits data for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinates data integrations with third-party vendors and internal systems.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Partners with HR, payroll, and vendors to ensure seamless benefits delivery.
• Develops employee-facing materials for open enrollment and plan communications.
• Produces reporting and analytics on benefits utilization and leave trends.
• Supports system configuration and maintenance within benefits platforms (incl. ADP).
• Assists with annual enrollment processes, audits, and implementation of new benefits programs.
