You will partner with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure compliant, cost-effective programs and an exceptional employee experience.

As a strategic member of the HR team, you will design and administer benefits, analyze claims, lead open enrollment, and oversee leaves and accommodations,

Qualifications

• Experience designing and administering comprehensive employee benefits programs.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret claims, utilization, and cost trends.
• Ability to lead open enrollment planning and communications.
• Vendor management experience with brokers and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, administer, and improve company benefit programs.
• Administer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement and voluntary benefits.
• Lead annual benefit renewals with brokers and vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor performance against SLAs.
• Coordinate open enrollment planning, education, and communications.
• Own administration of leave programs including FMLA and ADA accommodations.
