Job summary

The NRP Group, a leading multifamily developer and manager, is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to own and optimize the company's benefits, leave, ADA accommodations, and workers' compensation programs. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to design and administer competitive programs.

You will lead open enrollment, analyze claims and utilization data, and ensure compliant, cost-effective benefits while delivering exceptional employee support.

Qualifications

• Experience administering a complex benefits function.
• Experience administering leave of absence, disability, and ADA accommodations.
• Multi state leave administration experience required.
• Experience auditing benefit invoices, payroll deductions, and carrier data.
• Experience supporting open enrollment, compliance reporting, vendor management, and employee communications.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and improve benefit programs that support business objectives and attract and retain top talent.
• Lead annual benefit renewals and partner with brokers and vendors on plan design, financial impacts, and enhancements.
• Analyze claims experience, utilization trends, leave metrics, and vendor performance to identify cost drivers and opportunities.
• Own administration of leave programs, ADA accommodations, and related processes across locations.
• Administer workers' compensation programs, including claim management and return-to-work efforts.
• Administer retirement plans, including participant education and governance activities.
