Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our growing team in Parsippany, NJ. The Account Manager will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for service needs of external and internal customers, coordinating insurance processing and client experience delivery.

This role requires deep client services expertise, an active Health & Life license for the state, and strong proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Qualifications

• Current Insurance License in Health & Life for the state of the office location.
• Ability to pursue professional designation.
• Comfortable in an electronic environment with strong computer skills.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manages team operations, client coordination and service delivery.
• Leads coaching and workload management for Account Associates.
• Supports Producers and Account Executives with client service commitments.
• Ensures service standards, trends, and process improvements.
• Acts as day-to-day client contact, troubleshooting and guiding decisions.
• Oversees new business, renewals, and day-to-day client changes.
• Drives client retention, renewals and referrals through service excellence.
• Sends pre-renewal information and coordinates quotes with markets.
• Creates renewal proposals for Producers and Service Teams.
• Reviews quotes for accuracy and negotiates with underwriters.
• Completes renewal bind processes and documents files.
