Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our growing team in New Jersey. The Account Manager serves as the primary day-to-day contact for service needs of external and internal customers, ensuring accurate insurance processing and superior customer experience delivery.

Responsibilities include managing team operations, coaching Account Associates, assisting Producers and Account Executives, maintaining service standards, and guiding clients through renewals and new business.

Qualifications

• Current Insurance License in Health & Life (state where agency office located).
• Ability to work toward professional designation.
• Comfortable in an electronic environment with strong computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead team operations, client coordination, and customer service delivery.
• Coach and assist Account Associates and review workload.
• Assist Producers and Account Executives with client service commitments.
• Ensure service standards are met and process improvements are implemented.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact and help clients make informed decisions.
• Oversee new business and renewal processes and day-to-day client changes.
• Oversee renewal marketing plans and ensure team awareness and execution.
• Review quotes for accuracy and negotiate with underwriters.
• Document renewal processes to minimize E&O exposure and respond to client requests.
