Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in large market employee benefits.
• NJ Life and Health License.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support JHIF members and their employees focusing on day-to-day needs.
• Assist with COBRA and Direct Bill programs within JHIF entities.
• Review Medicare member eligibility and oversee transition into the Medicare population.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to support consulting services.
• Speak to employers/employees effectively during open enrollment meetings.
• Coordinate data collection, establish facts, and draw conclusions to assist members with claims issues.
• Apply effective management and marketing techniques.
• Continually build knowledge to keep pace with market trends.
• Coordinate and manage renewal and RFP processes for clients.
