Acrisure is seeking a Senior Account Manager to act as the primary day-to-day contact for service needs of external and internal clients. You will coordinate team efforts, ensure accurate insurance processing, and drive a superior client experience.

The role requires an active insurance license, strong communication, and the ability to lead Account Associates while collaborating with Producers and Account Executives onsite to deliver results.

Qualifications

• At least five years in the insurance industry or related client services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client service delivery and coordinate team workload.
• Coach Account Associates and collaborate with Producers and Account Executives.
• Ensure service standards, monitor trends, and implement improvements.
• Manage renewals, quotes, and new business processes.
• Maintain accurate client documentation to minimize E&O exposure.
• Foster cross-functional partnership and onsite collaboration.
