Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Parsippany area team. The role serves as the primary day-to-day contact for service needs of external and internal clients, coordinating insurance processing and delivering excellent customer experience.

You will lead a team, coach Account Associates, and ensure renewal management, quotes, and service standards are met. On-site presence is required, with opportunities to influence client outcomes across health and life lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in insurance or related business experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; business field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team operations and client service delivery.
• Coach Account Associates and coordinate workload.
• Manage renewals, new business, and client changes.
• Ensure pre-renewal information is sent timely and accurate.
