Acrisure, a global fintech leader, is seeking an Account Manager with a health and life license to support employee benefits clients on-site in New Jersey. You will manage coverage, respond to inquiries, and drive renewals while collaborating with Producers and other departments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of benefits experience, strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills, and a customer-focused mindset. On-site presence is required for team leadership and cross-functional work.

Competenze

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in employee benefits.
• CPCU or related training is a plus.

Mansioni

• Service accounts, process quotes and issue policies, manage IDs and certificates.
• Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly.
• Develop coverage strategies and plans as needed.
• Engage in insurance marketing and sales activities.
• Collect renewal data for assigned accounts.
• Provide claims support and maintain policy data in the system.
• Ensure accuracy in Applied Systems/EPIC records.
• Document all activities in the agency system.
• Utilize upload/download interfaces and collaborate with other departments.
• Keep Producers informed of key activities and potential issues.
