Roman Health Pharmacy LLC seeks a Retirement Benefits Manager to lead a team overseeing 401(k) MEPS/PEPs, plan compliance, and client support. You will drive operational excellence with payroll-related support, mergers, and data setup in payroll systems.

You will partner with retirement vendors and internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple plans. Strong leadership, ERISA knowledge, and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of 401(k) plan administration experience.
• 1–3+ years of leadership experience (supervisory or lead).
• ERISA knowledge and retirement plan operations.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred; retirement credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Retirement Benefits Specialists and provide guidance.
• Oversee plan administration per ERISA and internal controls.
• Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead mergers of MEPs/PEPs into 401(k) plans.
• Support annual 401(k) audits and Form 5500 filings.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive financial data.
