Job summary

Remote in the United States with preference for Midwest/Northeast, and a hybrid option near corporate offices. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of benefits experience, including Workday HRIS expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of US benefits experience.
• Experience with Workday HRIS preferred.
• International benefits experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as plan administrator for all US benefits programs and vendor relationships.
• Lead open enrollment and manage vendor performance.
• Own the leave of absence and workers' compensation administration per FMLA/ADA.
• Audit invoices and coordinate with brokers for issues.
• Develop process docs and support global benefits initiatives.
