Qualifications

• 3-5 years of US benefits experience.
• Experience with international benefits across multiple regions preferred.
• Knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements for US and global benefits programs/leaves.
• Experience with Workday HRIS preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as plan administrator for US benefits programs and inquiries.
• Manage vendor relationships and open enrollment delivery.
• Lead US and global wellness initiatives with vendors.
• Oversee leave of absence and workers compensation processes.
• Audit invoices and coordinate with brokers on escalated issues.
• Create process documentation for benefit workflows.
• Assist with implementing US and international benefit plans.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and assist with financial reporting.
• Support Total Rewards initiatives and projects.
