001 Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking a Managing Consultant to provide employee benefits consulting services and lead daily account service for all assigned clients.

This role serves as a key contact for clients and drives results through proactive management and strategic guidance. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of employee benefits consulting experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a Life and Health license in good standing (to be obtained within 90 days of hire).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of employee benefits consulting experience.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Life and Health license in good standing, required within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Drive client service results and retain accounts.
• Manage day-to-day client activities.
• Prepare for and facilitate client meetings.
• Independently manage and execute projects.
• Lead complex projects, teams, and client deliverables.
• Understand, update, and create financial models.
• Mentor consultants and build relationships across internal, client, and vendor teams.
