This role serves as the primary client contact and drives results through effective service and retention. Responsibilities include managing projects, facilitating meetings, and mentoring consultants, with a focus on multi-year strategic plans and financial modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of employee benefits consulting experience.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Life and Health license in good standing, required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Drive business results through effective client service, management and retention.
• Manage day-to-day client activities.
• Prepare for and facilitate client meetings.
• Independently manage and execute projects.
• Manage complex projects, teams and client deliverables.
• Support and/or lead the development of multi-year strategic plans incorporating client-specific needs.
• Understand, update, and create financial models.
• Act as a trainer and mentor for consultants.
• Develop relationships across internal, client and vendor organizations.
