Job summary

Brown & Brown is seeking a Sr. Financial Consultant to lead the servicing of financial consulting needs for employee benefit clients.

The role requires analyzing monthly financial reports, utilization metrics, and preparing benchmarks while assisting in renewal proposals and plan changes. You will develop reporting, support meetings with coverages and contracts, and participate in finalist presentations to convey the company\'s financial 전략.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly financial reports.
• Develop reporting requirements and customizations for those reports.
• Support Benefit Consultants in preparing meetings including coverages and contracts.
• Participate in prospective client finalist presentations to represent the Brown & Brown financial strategy.
• Perform demographic analysis, claims reviews, and other projects for prospective clients.
• Participate in client functions and meetings; perform Senior Analyst tasks.
