Job summary

Brown & Brown is seeking a Consulting Analyst to join a team delivering employee benefits consulting and daily client service. You will support project work, conduct data analytics, and help prepare surveys and benchmarking reports for clients.

Responsibilities include coordinating RFPs, renewals, and implementations, reviewing compliance materials, and maintaining call notes and follow-ups with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with experience in employee benefits consulting preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment.
• Life and Health license required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for projects and client engagements.
• Perform data and financial analytics, including monthly reports and budgeting for simple clients.
• Coordinate RFPs, implementations and renewals; present results to clients.
• Support compliance reviews, summary plan documents and client communications.
