Brown & Brown is seeking a Senior Employee Benefits Coordinator to join our growing team. This role supports day-to-day client management with analytical insight, helps develop benefit strategies, and assists in selecting programs meeting client needs and budgets.

Key duties include data analysis, drafting client reports, RFP development, marketing analysis, and vendor implementation. A Life, Accident, and Health license within 90 days is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of health & welfare experience required.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication to support clients.

Responsibilities

• Collects, analyzes, and prepares information to support client requests and deliverables.
• Manages client tasks such as Forms 5500, policy reviews, and carrier reporting updates.
• Contributes to project management and attends client meetings with the team.
• Provides guidance and data for day-to-day client questions and needs.
