Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Benefits Consultant based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH to lead retirement plan consulting and pension administration within HR Strategy and Risk. You will support defined contribution and defined benefit plans, analyze plan data, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in retirement services industry or retirement plan administration.
• Strong knowledge of 401(k) and pension plans, discrimination testing, distributions, and compliance.
• Experience with Form 5500 reporting and retirement plan regulatory requirements.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills for data analysis and storytelling through insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting and administrative support for 401(k), pension, and other qualified retirement plans.
• Analyze retirement plan data, troubleshoot complex issues, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Support retirement plan operations, including distributions, compliance testing, and day-to-day plan administration.
• Review and interpret discrimination testing results and assist with Form 5500 preparation and review.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure plan compliance and operational excellence.
