Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
Minimum three years of retirement plan administration experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of industry, laws, and professional standards.
Proficient use of MS Office Suite and enterprise communication tools.
Pursuing QPA and/or QKA certifications encouraged.
Strong initiative, leadership, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide advice on plan document design and compliance.
Counsel on retirement plan life cycle (IRS submissions, amendments, restatements, terminations).
Perform research and analysis to aid decision making.
Consult with plan sponsors to resolve issues.
Help with questions and issue resolution.
Provide general client service and problem resolution.
Accept additional responsibilities as assigned.
